Camote Delight
Ingredients:
1 kilo of camote
1/2 cup of condensed milk
1 cup of butter

Procedure:
1. Boil the sweet camote.
2. Peel the skin of the sweet camote. Discard the peelings.
3. Mash the camote. Make sure it will be free from lumps. Set aside.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the condensed milk and the melted butter.
4. Add the butter mixture to the camote and mix well.
5. Refrigerate for 24 hours or until  the camote delight hardens.
6. Spoon in paper cups and ENJOY!!!
